Swedish data show that increased efforts for internationalisation in higher education have not affected students' interest in studying and internships abroad. How interested are students in Sweden in international mobility? What barriers exist to going abroad? At the EUROSTUDENT Talks on May 15, Madelen Charysczak from the The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) introduced a report on this topic based on EUROSTUDENT 8 data. In addition, Eva Vögtle from DZHW contrasted and complemented the Swedish results with the EUROSTUDENT 8 international comparative results on mobility. We also discussed shortly the benefits of international student mobility as perceived by employers.
