At the next EUROSTUDENT Talks on June 18, we turn our attention to student funding in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and explore it through the lens of social justice.
Christoph Gwosć and Amanda Abeysinghe from the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) will present findings from their recent analysis of student funding systems across the EHEA. Drawing on a multi-dimensional concept of social justice, they examine how aspects of social justice have been reflected in EHEA ministerial declarations.
In addition, the presentation will feature an empirical analysis of financial inequality among students in the EHEA, including both cross-sectional and longitudinal perspectives, assessed against the backdrop of the concept of social justice.
